KindredCompass Privacy Policy

TL;DR

KindredCompass is built to feel private because it is.

*No accounts. You never sign up, log in, or give us an email.
*No selling. We do not sell your data. Ever. There is no ad network to sell to.
*Stays on your phone. Your DNA profile, favorites, history, and plans live only on your device and in your own iCloud. We cannot read any of them.
*Only what the AI needs. When you scan or build an Adventure, we send a short, anonymous prompt to our AI provider so the app can return recommendations. No identifier, no email, no account.
*One tap to delete. Reset everything in Profile → Reset, or just delete the app.

If any of that changes, we will update this page and note the change in the app's release notes.

These things never leave your phone unless you explicitly share them:

Your DNA profile — the food, music, and lifestyle tags you picked during onboarding
Your favorites — any spot you tap the heart on
Your scan history — the last 30 days of scans
Your current Adventure and Adventure history — the live walkthrough, per-stop ratings, and recap
Your trip plans — any Road Trip or RV route you've built
